Ministries Overview
Our Sunday Bible class ministry consists of classes that meet to encourage one another, pray, and study God's Word. Some of the classes we may offer include:
- Adult-Women, & Combined Adult classes
- Youth Grades 7-12
- Children: ages 4-5 years, 1-3 grade, 4-6 grades
- Nursery-infants to 3 years, also available during our worship service
Junior Church is a time each Sunday morning for our children to worship on their level with relevant and age-appropriate activities that bring the children into a time of worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The children's lessons usually mirror the morning scripture lessons preached that Sunday morning.
Nursery care for infants and toddlers is also available. Staffed by loving volunteers designed to take the worry off the shoulders of busy parents and allow the parents freedom to worship in comfort knowing their little ones are well cared for.
FBC has a vibrant and exciting worship ministry based upon the Praise Team model. All vocalists, musicians, sound techs, and PowerPoint operators are encouraged to inquire about using their God-given gifts for worship.
Life Groups are our ongoing small group Bible studies that meet on a weekly basis. Life Groups are led by biblically qualified adults and provide an environment where people can plant new life, cultivate spiritual maturity, and apply God's grace in community with others.
Our youth ministry (grades 7-12) meets in an exciting and vibrant atmosphere that is both fun and informative. The difficulties of growing up in a fallen world are met with the study of God's Word, prayer, worship and games. Youth are invited to join us during our regular Sunday School time and our weekly youth group meeting time.
AWANA is a ministry for children (ages 4-8th grade) that is structured for scripture memory, Bible study, and spiritual growth. AWANA meets on Wednesday evenings for two semesters a year (AWANA takes the summer off).
