Keith Crosby, Senior Pastor
Pastor Keith was called to Fellowship Baptist towards the end of 2011. He and his wife Teri are natives of Savannah, Georgia but originally came to Southern California so that Keith could attend seminary at The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley (Los Angeles) in 1998. Keith graduated with his Masters of Divinity in 2002. Keith served as the English language pastor at Mandarin Baptist Church of San Fernando Valley, prior to his graduation from seminary in 2002. Keith served at Mandarin from 2001-2003. From 2003 until 2011, was senior pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Needless to say, he and his family are avid Packer fans.
Pastor Keith has a passion to equip the saints so that they can fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). He has a passion for God's word, God's people, and the lost. Pastor Keith is blessed with a loving family, Terilyn (Teri) his wife whom he married in 1990 and his daughters, Grace (born to them in 1993) and Anna (born to them in 1996). All of the Crosby ladies are musicians. Keith has no musical abilities whatsoever. He says he has "the gift of listening to music." "I am grateful to God for His grace toward both me and my family. It is a privilege for us to serve Him here at Fellowship Baptist Church."

Rich Simpson, Assistant Pastor of Youth
Pastor Rich began his youth ministry here in March of 2003. Rich and his wife Sarah are natives of Northern California, but both migrated down to the area to go to college. They were married June 29, 2002. They have also been blessed with a son, Noah, who was born in September of 2007 and a daughter Emma, who was born in April 2010.Rich graduated from California Baptist University (CBU) located in Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and has gone on to earn a Master of Science degree in Education from Capella University."I've been entrusted with the ability to teach others as I have been taught. I take seriously the importance of teaching young students God's Word in a exciting a real way that they can take and use in their lives today. I want to encourage each one of them to live out The Word now, and not wait till it's too late. It is my duty to help the young people face the world around them head on with the knowledge of and the ability to use God's Word."

David Marley, Worship Leader
David has attended FBC since January 2006 and accepted the Worship Leader position in September 2006. David has been leading worship teams since 1999. David and his wife Kelly met at California Baptist University, where he now works, and were married in June 2000. Both have spent their lives living in Southern California. They have a daughter, Katelyn, who was born in August of 2005 and a son, Jonathan, who was born December of 2007.
David enjoys singing and playing the guitar for the Lord as well as serving in other various ministries. "We are called to live a life of worship. Everyday we need to be in constant communication with our Savior. Worship is so much more then singing songs!"
